Glad I got out of that place - Manager Atlas Growers Employee Review

Experience looks positive on a resume. Some staff are fantastic there.

I have never worked somewhere that the employee moral is so low. I could count on one hand who actually enjoys going to work anymore. Either people are unhappy, checked out, or currently looking for a new position to get out as soon as possible. I don't have to say much, just read any other review for working there. No positive ones except for the one the CEO wrote himself. Do yourself a huge favor and look past this company and apply elsewhere.

Honesty can't think of one.

Super small place in the middle of nowhere. Pays people $15 an hour with no perks whatsoever. Half the people hired don't show up on their second day, can't blame them as it is 2 hours of driving for most people just to get to work and back. Safety is non existant. There are no s.o.p's. Their procedures are sub par opening them up to numerous contamination threats. People in lead positions are hired based on who they are freinds with or by how many paid instagram likes they have on their accounts, not by skills, experience or competence. Just seem to be focused on making money with no effort towards employee engagement or development. No leads have any real industrial leadership experience and are seriously lacking the communication skills needed to succeed at their jobs.
