Nice vehicles, liberal truck policy (can use for grocery shopping, e.g.) Not micromanaged, expected to know job already so minimal training Field supervisors are player/coaches 401K match is substantial and stocks and bonds details are easily adjustable
Cons
No per diem Regularly work over 50 miles from home without reimbursement Independent study and certifications not rewarded or reimbursed Little room for advancement Middle management rarely communicates and upper management is a mythological edifice Medical and Dental insurance is the worst l have ever had. Have to fight for every claim
