Pros
Overall great people to work with. It's very possible to work you're 40 hours and no overtime. Wonderful benefits: this is why people stay. They pay your healthcare premiums if you have an HSA and contribute to your account each pay. 401k is a 5% match that vest right away. Tuition reimbursement doesn't create a contract.
Cons
It's a very split company. You have old Atlas and new Atlas. Old Atlas believes if its not broke don't fix it (thus AS400). New Atlas wants more efficient processes. It's a constant struggle between them. As far as accounting is concerned, the departments aren't good at helping one another out. Its been rough for them: 4 different controllers in less than 2 years along with 2 restructurings, a round of layoffs.
