      Pros

      A big corporation with a lot of sites all over the world, many positions, many possibilities, benefits. Has a great internal marketing that promotes learning and growth. Promises a lifetime commitment and a safe environment.

      Cons

      The learning, growth, and possibilities are only great if your manager does not cut you out from it, HR is for the managers not for the people, if you get a bad review from one manager, that stops your growth in the company. The one year contracts do not help to evoke trust, seniority is not compensated while expectations grow.

      Good company, good culture overall

      Cons

      Pay could be less than the market, though not too low. Work life balance does cover some of that gap

      Pros

      Coworkers are great Many problems so you stay busy as a CI person The people at the worker bee level are the only real pro

      Cons

      Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
