      Pros

      The Benefits are incomparable to any US company. The pay is higher than the median for the industry. The freedom they allow you to perform your duties are unheard of. Company car, credit card, substantial vacation time, 401k just deposited(even if you decide not to participate)

      Cons

      The constant restructuring of territories, management, and fleet. I am consistently fearful of losing my job. Definitely a what have you done for me lately company. Presidents are only supposed to retain there position in a particular division for three years. I have had four different bosses in 3 years. Stressful.

      Good company, good culture overall

      Pay could be less than the market, though not too low. Work life balance does cover some of that gap

      Pros

      Coworkers are great Many problems so you stay busy as a CI person The people at the worker bee level are the only real pro

      Cons

      Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
