Where to begin? Management is trash, equipment is ran down, safety is a joke. Employees are lazy and get away with doing absolutely nothing. Management does not care about anything but production and the more hard work you do the more hard work you will get rewarded with while they let the turds get away with not even doing their job. The bare minimum. So happy I do not work here anymore. Embarrassing to the power industry. There is nothing green about solar. Let’s not talk about the pollution to the environment
