      Great people, great environment, great opportunity for diverse experience. Design all different materials, work on different types of projects and with different types of clients. Flexible work schedule. Good benefits - 401K match, HSA match, etc.

      Cons

      Not much improvement in salary year-to-year, no bonuses, small raise for inflation.

      AES is focused on what's best for it's employees. Great place to work with great people.

      Cons

      Not much upward movement opportunities for Administrative, but plenty of upward movement for other departments.
