      This is a good place to work with a balance in work and life. Not a huge team but a close knit bunch of people working on Cancer Research.

      Cons

      Bilingual candidate is often given advantage over English speaker; somewhat difficult to get promoted. So not for a person who is in constant watch for promotion.
