Good company with nice owners with good organizational structure. Benefits and base salary are competitive within the industary. The company is growing which offers an opportunity to increase ones book of business.
Cons
Mid-Level managers lack the necessay skills to properly manage employees throughout the organization. They operate more on the terms of "do as I say, not as I do" mentality. Training is absent top to bottom and one is always held accountable when procedures are improperly performed. Simple fact is the mid-level managers are complacient and believe they can do no wrong. Another major con is split compensation. Tips (other than cash) are split with everone on shift with the manager on duty taking the majority eventhough they did not perform the procedure that justified the tip. Also, zero oportunities for career growth or increases in pay. Once someone is hired for a specific position, better expect to stay in that position .
