Business outlook

Pros

The people are really the number one pro. You are given trust to do your job and people really want to see you succeed. We are a well treated bunch with free lunch each day, phone stipend, unlimited PTO, etc. At the end of the day, despite growing pains, this is the best place I've worked.

Cons

Lack of clarity on what it is we are trying to accomplish. Seems like we are constantly shifting and it's concerning that after so much funding, there is still no product market fit. Also major lack of accountability and inexperienced managers.
