C-level management puts on the facade that they are there for the right reasons and have good intentions but it is not true. Time after time, actions do not match words and there is no support for the people trying to deliver great patient care because of the toxicity and politics at corporate at the expense of the clinician and patients. People trying to do the right thing are not decision makers and are tossed aside as bureaucracy and favoritism wins.
