Pros

Individual clinic culture can be wonderful, schedules can be flexible especially if you're a student (but dependent on your CM's mindset)

Cons

The company doesn't care about their clinicians, let alone their aides and office coordinators. People at this company in majority of roles unless you hold a position higher than a CM are overworked, underpaid, and underappreciated. Company is focused on meeting quotas and putting clinicians under a microscope, which causes distress amongst the rest of the clinic staff. That's why there is such a high turnover rate, and why there are so many open positions.

Pros

Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

Cons

The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
