      Pros

      Hands-on clinical experience, great networking, better understanding of human anatomy, shadowing opportunities.

      Cons

      Must be personable/charismatic, can get extremely busy and be stressful at times but is a wonderful way of learning how to manage caseloads.

      Pros

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      Cons

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
