The biggest pro is that the name of the group will give you a stronger CV for your next job,there are no other benefits.

There is too much work to do for one person, the position has you oveworked underappreciated and constantly on stress. The pay is low, because it is concidered as entry level by the higher-ups, the medical staff has constant demands while you are trying to do you job.
