      Pros

      Great customers and market opportunities. Technical knowledge of the employees is great, very good colleagues. They are making significant improvement and investment in the Sales process helping the business development.

      Cons

      Lack of Sales leadership, vision and flexibility. They invest a lot in marketing while other areas needs more focus (product, legal, pre-sales)

      Pros

      Aternity is in the process of spinning out of Riverbed technology, and is rekindling it's entrepreneurial roots- things are moving fast in a culture where diverse opinions are valued and every voice can be heard.

      Cons

      Still shaking off some of the old ways, but new management and a growing team are helping!
