Pros
1.The fragrances-working with the full product line everyday, endlessly experimenting with layering, could never get bored with it.
2. The hourly rate of pay exceeded the living wage in San Francisco, which was new for me.
3. Getting to know your coworkers pretty well-it’s just two or three of you all day.
Cons
1. Sticker shock can be an obstacle to making the sale.
2. The leather stamping machine takes a while to master, and it takes a full ten minutes to get hot enough to stamp.
3. Low traffic can make the day drag by.
4. Constantly explaining to people that you’re not Le Labo, so you don’t mix their perfume for them right there.
4. Explaining to people that no citrus scent will ever last all day, not ever, and any scent that does last all day is the kind that will make others hate you.
