Really there are none. If you enjoy working towards a goal you will enjoy this company. If you like measuring results then you will like this company.

Working from home when needed. Dress code. Semi flexible hours.

Broken promises. Senior management not open to ideas. Executives could care less about years of service, dedication, ideas. Some departments get anything they ask for when others have to get by on what they are given. Egos are an issue with some employees. There is no transparency everything seems to be a need to know basis. All projects are given high priority. Sales team knows nothing about what they are selling and could probably care less. Company protocols are a joke. Some employees are favored and treated as royalty.
