Cons
Everything that the past reviews have mentioned are 100% true (read below). The company seeks to hire people who they claim should be forward thinkers, leaders, people who dare to confront the status co but rely heavily on 'personality tests' and in all honesty, are looking for lackeys who would do what the founder fancies. Your strengths are used to put you down highlighting areas that you lack in, and that you will never match up. All the SOPs set in place vanish when the founder decides in a change of direction. She likes when people stand up to her but not too much so that ultimately she wins. The founder is very good in manipulating your emotions, making you think one day that you did the right thing and the very next day, puts you down infront of others during board meetings or summon you up for questioning all in the name of 'counselling and honing you'. The job you do may never see the light of day as it may go through mutiple changes and useless approval processes. Meetings after meetings over minor decisions which shouldn't even require the attendance of small frys. It should be the heads to decide on matters yet they often include almost the whole company or department so that when trouble happens there are people to take the rep. Hiring processes are easy, you just need to be related to any of the colleagues currently inside. In desperate measures, any cat or dog will get hired. Not based on your capabilities, it's all about 'who you know'. So if your whole family is in need of a job, just get one in. Network is key.
