Pros

I guess the employee discount

Cons

First of all they lie to you. In the interview they told me I won't always be on the register, but I was always on the register because of Perks sign ups, but if I go to low then they cut my hours. That is another thing, our hours were based on how many loyalty sign ups we got. The perks program has no benefits save for a one time use coupon , but we still had to get people to sign up and or get them to sign up for a credit card. If you do apply and get an interview make sure it is not front end. If they do put you on front end...run.

Pros

There tends to be a decent amount of people that are easy to get along with at any given time. Occasional snacks or pizza is also given to everyone.

Cons

Management is said to be pretty unanimously bad amongst my peers. A couple of our managers chat away back in receiving or in the office a ton, and a lot of the closing staff has been complaining that the morning crew will leave a lot of loose ends for us to deal with. Not sure about the accuracy of those claims, but there are definitely people who don’t want to put in any effort here. Closing shifts also aren’t staffed well enough; if you’re going to only staff one manager, one cashier, and one team member on the floor, then you shouldn’t be surprised if the store looks messy the next day.
