Great team, growing pains - Manager Asymchem Employee Review

Overall great company with the flexibility to grow easily. I would recommend for anyone! The company is willing to do what is fit to help company be successful and will provide you with any resource that is needed.

Not the best work-life balance.

The pros of this job was being able to work remotely.

Employees are undervalued extremely. Their personal lives are not considered at all and your entire life should be indebted to this company. The management needs serious revaluation and change as the people can be extremely rude. Communication is done by being yelled at in meetings or talked down to like you are a child. I have watched five Co-workers in the APC role leave in 2 months. If you aren't liked my hire management team, be prepared for your job to be targeted. I do not recommend working here unless you are fresh out of college looking to get a first job. Even then be prepared to leave after a year. As of currently, there aren't many roles to advance to within this company.
