Pros

The AM team is good. The commissions were good when the company wasn't making changes everyday, but now quotas are out of reach at all.

Cons

Everything else not stated above. There is no leadership above my director. The entire Csuite is now full of vipers and a manager that is filling the room with his own flying monkeys to do his bidding. There is no room for advancement, you have to move departments if you want change and development. If you ask for career development from leadership will say “it’s not their job”. They will tell you all day that they value people and one of their values is to be "a good human," but I am not sure any of them would know where to start with that. Work Life balance is a joke. A few months ago they said "Unlimited PTO" but many people have been pulled back on that and told that they are out of PTO. Many of those people have had major issues that needed the time out. All the fine print was left out of "unlimited PTO"

Employees are encouraged to take time off as needed, but as with any role, essential duties—including quota attainment for sales teams—remain expectations. We also recognize the importance of open communication, which is why we hosted our recent SKO exec-led dinners, to gather direct feedback from our sales teams across the organization. Pros

Strong industry compensation plan and Benefits, Initially solid sales leadership at Director level that recruited strong talent. Strong HR Consulting platform

Cons

Absolutely no direction in company sales strategy. Company pivots sales strategy every two months and then goes crazy trying to understand why sales are suffering. Further, it favors empowering account managers and inside sales all opps while leaving outside sales to fend for itself with little to no marketing to back up. Add, payroll/HCM platform carries a horrible reputation in marketplace for implementation and service.
