Pros
A lot of different projects to do. I was able to exposed to the different industries, learnt many skills from this job.
Cons
Because of the heavy workload and wearing multiple hats, it often felt like I was stretched thin. Projects moved quickly, but without enough focus or resources, many initiatives couldn’t be taken as far as they deserved. It was a valuable experience, but also a reminder that sustainable results need clearer priorities and realistic bandwidth.
