If you are someone who has creative ideas and genuinely wants to learn, or apply your mind - best not to join. But, if you want to produce deliverables solely based on AI outputs, use AI for every single thing, to the point of writing follow up emails with AI, and numb your brains - then you will have a great time here. 2. If you want to work long hours with no work life balance or boundaries, then feel free to join - because that is guaranteed. While the work culture in india generally reflects this, it may actually benefit your career to put in longer hours at a company that people know, doing work that matters - which is 100% not the case here. 3. they pay below market rate and convince you they are offering the best deal. not the case. do not fall for it. if you want to work for chump change (at any level, entry, mid, senior), then sure, why not. 4. high attrition rates - both employees and clients.
