      The management team at AstroTalk is incredibly supportive and always willing to listen to employees' concerns and suggestions. I joined AstroTalk as a Subject Matter Expert and am currently the Team Lead of ORM. The team at AstroTalk is like a family, and there are plenty of opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

      Cons

      I honestly can't think of any significant downsides. Every workplace has its minor challenges, but AstroTalk handles them effectively and ensures they do not impact the overall work experience To work with this organization, you need to be a bit of a multitasking person.

      - Got hired quick - Easy interview - Easy to know what to do and how to use the app

      Cons

      - Not very flexible. You won’t get as many calls if you don’t do readings when and how they want - People pressure you to do quick readings on this app - Bad pay
