Pros
Working from home is the only pro I can think of, sadly.
Cons
While I was interested in the mission and vision of the organization, I quickly discovered that Astravo does not live up to them. Instead, the "leadership" team micromanages every aspect of your day: You need to justify every moment of every day, and they will call you if you can't explain where you are for 15 mins. The goal is to create an environment where you are devoted to them at all times. The PTO policy is very weak and your contract will be on a 12-month basis: If you take time off during the year, you will have to work during the summer. I have been in education for 14+ years, and I can safely say that this is the worse place I have ever worked. As many reviews mentioned already, stay away from it! No wonder there is such a high turnover and some positions cannot be filled, as good teachers do not stay in such a toxic environment.
