HR a massive failure - Manager Astral Poly Technik Employee Review

HR is one of the worst I have experienced till now. Really orthodox way of working & the seniors in HR are majorly from Plant / IR. Unfortunetly new structure they have brought is of absolutely no use. CHRO and HR leads of divisions work in silos and have absolutely ZERO clarity in there thought process. Left after my 2+ years & the only thing I have learnt is CREATING KAOS. Recommend ​a prospective candidate to look else where becoz everyone in the HR dept is.
