Pros

Being a recruiter is a Pro just because the job itself is fulfilling and you will get rewarded for your numbers, if you are on the right team you will do fine because your peers will be there for you step by step.

Cons

They would rather hire new than coach thru. Depends on the team - If you have a manager that has not managed and only knows how to do the job their way and prides themselves on it you will be left to fend for yourself because nepotism is huge and bringing something up to the wrong person will cause a problem and you won't realize its happening until its too late. zero diversity on the team and candidates

Pros

Aston Carter provided excellent opportunities for professional growth, career progression, and leadership development. I had the opportunity to work with some of the largest healthcare and insurance clients in the country, build strong client relationships, and lead high-performing teams. The company offers strong training, a collaborative culture, and a performance-driven environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded. I was fortunate to work alongside talented colleagues and supportive leaders who helped me grow both personally and professionally.

Cons

Like many staffing and recruiting organizations, the environment can be fast-paced and demanding, with a strong focus on metrics and performance goals. Work-life balance can be challenging during peak periods, and processes can sometimes vary between offices or leadership teams. However, these challenges also create opportunities for growth and development.
