Pros

Not a cut throat environment. Everyone has a common goal and that’s for success which can be achieved without stepping over ppl like some sales roles

Cons

Bad management and training protocols and without playing the corporate game you won’t get the help you may need. They give you one way to do it and if that doesn’t work you have to figure out your own path while also going on theirs

I was fortunate to work alongside talented colleagues and supportive leaders who helped me grow both personally and professionally.

Work-life balance can be challenging during peak periods, and processes can sometimes vary between offices or leadership teams.
