Pros

They take the time to understand you as a candidate and your career path. With this knowledge they ensure to correctly align you with opportunities that prove to be fruitful. I worked closely with Johanna “Jo” Vazquez and I truly have never encountered a recruiting agency that was diligent in providing stellar services. There are no feelings of throwing candidates into a position whether they align or not, just for the sake of securing a contract. She took the time to learn my skills set and prepare me for the interview...a unique service well needed in the industry. Honestly, prior to speaking with her I decided not to interact with recruiting agencies, but this experience has restored my faith. Look forward to working with Aston Carter in the future.

I had the opportunity to work with some of the largest healthcare and insurance clients in the country, build strong client relationships, and lead high-performing teams. The company offers strong training, a collaborative culture, and a performance-driven environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded. I was fortunate to work alongside talented colleagues and supportive leaders who helped me grow both personally and professionally.
