I joined AsteroidX back in September 2024, and it was my first job. To be honest, I was a bit nervous at first—just like anyone would be when stepping into a new environment. Now, after nearly five months here, I can honestly say that I’ve found one of the best places to start my career. Everything here is just spot on—the work culture, the people, and the leadership. From day one, the team made me feel welcomed and valued, which really set the tone for my experience. The leadership is incredibly supportive and always encourages personal and professional growth, making my time here truly rewarding. What’s more, this place feels like a comfort zone where I can thrive. Of course, opinions are subjective, but for me, AsteroidX checks all the boxes. Cons
So far, my experience has been great, but one thing to consider is that the role involves night shifts. This could be challenging for those who aren’t accustomed to working these hours. However, for those who are comfortable with it, it shouldn’t be an issue and you are good to go.
