It has not always been easy, but we truly believe the right building blocks are in place for a sustainable platform of growth over the mid to longer term. Our shareholders have extensive experience running recruitment businesses, and we believe they are well positioned to provide the support and guidance we need to grow and develop into a strong and successful business. In response to your concerns, at the end of last year we recruited an Associate Director, who has a wealth of experience within technology and has been made responsible for growing the function. He has already made strong inroads to building new markets and functions and has made a number of additional hires to build out our presence in this area. We have also implemented a new programme of internal and external training to ensure that everyone from Associate Consultant (trainee) to Director level has the support and training they need to succeed within our firm.
