The work is not difficult and most non-managerial team members are great to work with.
Cons
The bureaucracy involved to get resources or new features added is convoluted and deters progress. There is no defined method for managing a product and responsibilities when it comes to multi-department involvement. You end up just learning who to contact to answer certain questions versus having defined roles.
