Call volume was insane. Not only was management on you but you could sneeze with workforce management knowing about it. Barely any room for advancement. Call center vibes

There is almost no opportunity for growth.
The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
