I wouldn't Recommend - Anonymous employee Assurant Employee Review

They are poorly run and incapable of keeping staff. They over work the staff that is left causing discontent. They have claimed that we just have to get over this bump and then there will be a break. That was 4 years ago and it has only gotten worse. They make sure that management gets bonuses but there are never any funds to provide anything to the people who actually do the work and keep the company afloat. Nothing to acknowledge that we are working 3x harder just to keep afloat and failing every day.
