Peers are good people to work with. If you're desperate for a job and can get one here, you could do worse. Benefits are adequate.
Cons
Poor Management of people. Not a place for innovative thinking. In fact there are active mechanisms in place to punish people who think outside the box. Taking advantage of economy to demand 50 hours/week of people.
