Pros

Great for entry level job-seekers with no other employment options. If you love verbal abuse and lack of compensation, then you're who this company is looking for.

Cons

There are many stressors working for this company. Goal are set that cannot be consistently achieved due to changes in Quality scoring. The focus of Quality scoring was based on the team's efforts. Individual scores were random. It was commonplace to be audited about 22-40 times each month. Your Quality needs to be at 98%, but that is unachievable if you are not audited enough. As a result, you MUST work at 100%. Management plays favorites; you cannot advance in the company if you are not your managers best friend. Excellent employees are often overlooked and very underpaid. Have personally witnessed people who had the 8 and skate mentality get the best raises and promoted. You can work hard and excel in every project you do, in addition to your expected duties, as well as lend a hand doing overtime and still you will go nowhere and your annual increase will not reflect it. The annual bonus lulls you into staying a little while longer, but eventually that holds no luster fiscally. Management often uses the talents of its workers, but rarely compensates. Their method of compensation is an "Atta Boy". The pay here is not commiserate with your experience. Expect to be underpaid and certainly undervalued. Management's only job is to attend meetings and play dress up. Expect to be cross-trained on multiple clients and perform interdepartmental work while retaining the same pay. Their pat response for lack of real compensation is, "This will look good on your resume." Apparently, working there is solely for pushing you out the door to your next opportunity. While there are things in place like the 401k program, flextime for some employees, teleworking for some employees and basic health care, it is my opinion that these things cannot compensate for the ill treatment you receive from management. These things lead you into a place of complacency. You must know your worth. Use the company before it uses you - it will. Ambulances are a monthly fixture here. Sometimes, they can be seen bi-weekly. THIS IS A VERY STRESSFUL ENVIRONMENT!!!! The stress stems from the unreasonable hurdles you have to climb just to do a basic day's work. If you decide that you want to work in an excelling capacity and work harder than you thought you could, then the floor is removed beneath you. What you strived to achieve so that you could obtain a better raise becomes the standard. All efforts are made by management to prevent paying a decent raise to hard-working employees. This directive must stem from the top downward. The HR department is solely there to give the appearance of a well-oiled machine. Anything that is traditionally handled in HR is referred to the Unit Managers. But, rest assured they do know how to manage layoffs and terminations. In closing, your work week will be enhanced by the friendships you make from your peers. While that is encouraging to navigate the stress, it is not why you elected to work here. Weigh your options before working here and keep your resume updated and well-circulated outside the company. If you stay longer than 2 years you'd be a great candidate for FMLA.

Pros

Remote work across all lines of business allows for a flexible work environment

Cons

There is almost no opportunity for growth. The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
