It is with regret to read your review and that you state you felt there were concerns with processes and management capability. ACE does not tolerate any discrimination and undertakes action in line with it's ACAS aligned polices and procedures, if matters are brought to our attention. There is also support and development on hand for all managers along with more structured management development programmes. ACE also have 3 appointed mental health first aiders and an open door policy to all directors should somebody feel they cannot speak with their line manager or HR.
