Pros
Work life balance! Awesome culture, feel valued as an employee, not just a number. Came from a large company to Associated and so glad I made the move. I actually feel valued, like the work I do matters. The CEO is great. He cares about the associates and shows it. The company highly praises volunteerism, diversity, equality.
Cons
Systems and processes need improvements but that is why they are investing in new colleagues to help find these efficiencies.
