      career path is not available, hard to grow professionally within a company for last 3-4 years. It was possible before but not anymore

      Training and the trainers are the best part of AMT…after training, good luck!

      Cons

      -Call Center environment more focused on the SLA than the employee. -Depending on team lead, you may or may not get the support needed. -Ongoing system issues which are never resolved. -High Turnover
