      Pros

      Fair compensation, great benefits, good corporate location, reasonable remote work policy, growing company, inclusive, many good people.

      Cons

      Politics and Bureaucracy! In the end, it was just too hard to create a sense of accomplishment. It was like swimming with a weight tied to your leg. Most days were just treading water.

      Training and the trainers are the best part of AMT…after training, good luck!

      Cons

      -Call Center environment more focused on the SLA than the employee. -Depending on team lead, you may or may not get the support needed. -Ongoing system issues which are never resolved. -High Turnover
