Pros
AssetMark is an incredible company. We are growing like crazy and it is creating opportunities for the great people who work here! It is a fast paced and energetic work environment where people care about each other and about serving clients. We are also a mission based company with a solid strategy.
Cons
Sometimes too tight with expense management. It is because we want to invest as much back to the client experience as possible, but we just need more people in some areas so there is better work/life balance.
