Pros

Great pay and benefits (Salary + commission). Team is always willing to help and share information (Good culture). Leadership doesn't micromanage. Flexible travel.

Cons

Lack of diversity. Very little formal training. Typical startup growing pains. Most expensive product on the market.

Pros

Good sales experience where you don't have to do full cycle sales and are simply tasked with contacting potential customers from a list of 300 clients you are given every month and getting them to sit for a meeting. The environment is healthy with good benefits for families with younger children, but definitely a lot of room to grow in certain aspects of the company.

Cons

They salary is a little less competitive than other similar companies. This goes along with a lot of turnover on the sales teams in recent months , with restrictions on sales reps that make it harder to sell. For example you can only contact companies 1-5 million in revenue with many companies only over 2.5 million being an actually good fit. This goes along with a lack of new quality prospects you are given every month. These are all fixable issues but the largest issue you face in the role is seasonality and the fact that many companies during the spring and summer are not willing to dedicate time to meet during their busy seasons
