Pros

Cons
Where to start. Layoffs: No warning. No heads-up. No conversation. One day you're expected to grind through unrealistic deadlines, the next you're out - wrapped in a convenient "restructuring" label that fools no one. HR went completely silent. No reply to emails, no acknowledgment, nothing. The exit process was handled with zero dignity or professionalism. Leadership: The CEO has no idea how to lead people. Abusive language in meetings is normalised. There is no roadmap, no long-term vision, no clarity on where the company is headed - just constant pressure to deliver against arbitrary timelines. Meetings are a waste of time. No decisions get made, no conclusions are reached, they just end and everyone goes back to firefighting. Culture: Blame culture is the default setting. Nobody owns anything, everyone points fingers. There is no recognition, no appreciation, no appraisals. People are running on fumes with zero motivation because nobody above them cares. Growth: Technical people are leading product with no plan or user thinking. There is no mentorship, no structured growth path, no investment in people. You are expected to figure everything out yourself while being held accountable for outcomes you were never set up to achieve. ADVICE TO JOB SEEKERS Join at your own risk. Seriously. Do your due diligence before accepting an offer. Ask hard questions about job security, leadership style, and growth paths - and pay close attention to how those questions are answered (or avoided).
