      They failed to pay my final salary, despite multiple follow-ups. I was repeatedly assured that the payment would be made, but it never happened.

      This review presents a misleading version of events and is not based on facts. The case was resolved in full, and the final salary was paid in full. The payment was initially withheld only because the agreed project tasks had not been completed as per the contract. Nevertheless, to close the matter amicably and maintain professionalism, we decided to release the full payment. We’re glad the reviewer acknowledged the positive aspects of working at ASPER BROTHERS, such as our team atmosphere and interesting projects. Transparency, fairness, and respect remain central to how we operate

      Pros

      Relaxed and friendly atmosphere, ambitious projects for US and UK markets, a lot of decision-making power and room for independence. Real impact on the company’s actions and strategy. Great, motivated team and very good communication with management.

      Cons

      No elevator and the office kitchen was a bit too small.
