      Pros

      Clients were mostly lovely Line managers were supportive Offers various courses to improve knowledge such as in mental health etc

      Cons

      Senior management was not so supportive There tended to be quite a bit of unprofessional behaviour amongst staff: backstabbing etc Progression onto team leadership seemed to be predetermined rather than earned
