Pros
Work on interesting projects, sometimes get to work outside your pigeon hole (if they suddenly find themselves flummoxed, and need a new idea.)
Cons
The most toxic place I ever worked - based on the insanity of the key partner. Once, the receptionist brought a gun to work - and the lead partner took it & fired it at an assistant - before even checking to see if it was loaded. The partners also played good cop-bad cop re the staff. Very cliquey from then on down. Regular staff also bullied other staff.
