Pros
Very flexible with PTO, good training. Most of the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Good benefits. I felt very valued and appreciated.
Cons
Some departments have lackluster management, and the inter-departmental communication is not always all that great. Some managers seem unwilling to really fix known problems, or actually cause problems themselves.
