Good salary, stable job, nice people, the company business is strong.

Not much, they grew so fast so the management may be disorganized a bit but that's fine.

As a cloud/devops/sre engineer expect to work on very interesting and current technologies and develop a valuable skill set. Working remotely. Work with people around the world. Very fast pace. Dynamic working environment always challenging and intriguing.

Some products needs modernization. There is a lot of micromanagement and beaurocracy in some processes that slow down the pace. Some scope changes slow down releases and increase technical debt.
