Pros

Loved my job here but went downhill after investors took over, poor management and Micromanagement from investors.

Cons

Initially was a great company to work for but then the business was sold to investors, who micromanaged every person in the company generating so much paperwork there was no time for anyone to concentrate on their jobs.

Little to no communication from management. Swinging last minute off the cuff decisions. No planning. No job was safe. Pay was poor for comparable industry positions.
