      Salary is good. Less workload.

      Cons

      The only problem is - There is no system in place. Non technical people will handle the technical positions. Since, it is a real estate company. So, atleast matters related to construction should be handled by civil engineers but u may find CAs or others , they handle the team of civil engineers..

      Pros

      Ambitious. Working in affordable housing sector where demand is very high. So have a bright future.

      Cons

      There is no engineering here. If one wants to join, MBA's are welcomed. Being a firm working in construction industry, engineering matters and cannot be ignored.
